AmigaOS 4.1 Update 2 released -
Hyperion Entertainment announces the immediate availability for download of Update 2
for AmigaOS 4.1.
This update is described as a minor update containing mostly bugfixes.
Updated components include:

- New Cairo with partial hardware acceleration
- Updated Ringhio notification system
- New version of AmiDock
- Several fixed system libraries

ACube announce Sam440ep-Flex 733Mhz motherboard -
ACube Systems is pleased to announce a new change in its Sam440ep-Flex product line: the new
Sam440ep-Flex board running at 733 Mhz that replaces the 800Mhz version (now out of production).
This one has a RAM clock running at 147 Mhz, instead of 133 Mhz of the Flex 667.

New AmigaOS 4.1 Quick Fix available -
Hyperion Entertainment announces the immediate availability for download of a new "Quickfix"
package for all versions of AmigaOS 4.1 (i.e. AmigaOne, SAM/SAM Flex and Pegasos II).
The new "Quickfix" package is available for registered users of AmigaOS 4.1 and incorporates
the first "Quickfix" package released earlier this year.

OEM Version of AmigaOS 4.1 for Sam440ep imminent -
Antwerp, Belgium - 17 September, 2008. Hyperion Entertainment VOF and ACube Systems SRL are pleased
to announce that they have entered into an OEM license agreement which will allow ACube to offer its
customers an OEM version of Hyperion's AmigaOS 4.1 operating system for their SAM440 range of motherboards.

ACube Systems is happy to announce the new Sam440ep-flex board.
Based on the successful Sam440ep design, the new board allows a better expandibility, thanks
to its FlexATX form factor. The Sam440ep-flex board features the same technical specifications
as the Sam440ep, offering 3 PCI slots and 1 mini PCI slot, while keeping a compact design
(215 x 170 mm). The optional ZigBee module will allow remote monitoring and control, and
sensory network applications (Home Automation, Building Automation and Industrial Automation)

Imagine, the longest serving 3D application for the Amiga, continues to provide Amiga users with
great tools. Refer to the gallery pages for examples of Imagine users work.
Whilst other 3D applications have come and gone, we remained loyal and continued to provide updates.
Coming soon - further updates to the website, including timeline history and free downloads of selected older
versions of Imagine and its earlier incarnation Silver, will be available soon.

AmigaOS 4.0 Pre-release to be bundled with AmigaOne
The German languaged Amiga portal Amiga-News.de contacted Hyperion to
confirmthat the
AmigaOS 4.0 Developer Pre-release will come bundled with newly sold Amiga systems when
available.
Customers who acquire an AmigaOne before the publication of the final version of
AmigaOS 4 will receive the same support and the same entrance to (on-line available)
updates as "Earlybird" owners will be granted. They get the full version of Amiga OS4
delivered subsequently by their dealer, as soon as the finished version is available.
